You are billed for the time we are at your location, and for travel time (depending on distance from our office). We bill bill in 15 minute increments, so 1 1/2 hours of work is billed as 90 minutes, not 2 hours.

RATES ...
Generally we try to keep spare parts and software on hand to limit the need to visit the store and our prices on most items are generally less than what you would find at most local stores.
